I combine solid business experience with coaching tools, which means my sessions leave no room for theories that are detached from real life.
For years, I worked in an international environment, in consulting firms and an FMCG corporation. I saw how organisations work from the inside, how decisions are made, and what makes some leaders burn out in difficult moments while others grow.
In 2013, I built my own business from scratch: the first company in Poland to distribute Korean cosmetics. For over a decade, I ran an online store, a network of physical stores and sales to retail chains. I learned how to run a business as a whole: from brand building and strategy to logistics and team management.
Then, through a combination of circumstances that were partly beyond my control, the company failed. That experience taught me more than any course or certificate ever could. I know what success tastes like, and I know what failure tastes like. I also know that often the most exhausting part of running a business is not what happens in Excel, but what happens in the leader’s mind.
Today, I work as an Executive Coach with EMCC Senior Practitioner accreditation and the IESE Leadership Coaching Program behind me. Over time, I have understood that the effective leaders I meet have one thing in common: deep self-knowledge.
That is why, alongside executive coaching, I also create Insight: in-depth archetypal growth analyses for people who want to better understand their patterns, resources and direction.

Effectiveness does not have to mean living in constant tension.
The best decisions do not come when you put pressure on yourself, but when you are able to pause and hear more clearly what you truly think, what you feel and what you no longer want to ignore.
You can be ambitious, responsible and capable of making things happen without losing your calm or your connection with yourself.
You do not have to have all the answers.
You do not have to prove your worth through constant action.
Sometimes the greatest change begins with the courage to tell yourself the truth. Honestly. Without judgement.
